Blender 2.77 rc1 recently released, is a free and open source 3D animation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, even video editing and game creation. Advanced users employ Blender’s API for Python scripting to customize the application and write specialized tools; often these are included in Blender’s future releases. The Document Foundation announced that the first Release Candidate for the LibreOffice 5.0.4 RC1 branch is now out and ready for testing. This is a very new release, and it’s going to be around for a long time. In fact, a couple more releases are planned after the launch of 5.0.4.
