Evernote Linux Client NixNote 2 Beta 5 recently released and previously known as Nevernote, is an unofficial Evernote client for Linux which was initially written in Java. NixNote 2 is a complete rewrite of NixNote in C++ using the Qt framework, having speed and a reduced memory footprint as the main goals. Everpad 2.15.8 which was release awhile back, is now available for install on Ubuntu 15.04 via its PPA repository. Everpad as we know is the Linux client equivalent for Evernote available only in Windows. It works great and is fully integrated with Ubuntu Unity lens, indicator applet and unity launcher.
