As you may know, OnePlus is a Chinese startup that has already released two high-specs phones at decent prices so far, OnePlus X (the OnePlus One and the OnePlus two) smartphones. Recently, the mobile phone vendor has announced the OnePlus X, this time a mid-range Android phone. It has a 5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with support for full HD (1080p) resolution at 441 pixel per inch, it uses a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor inside, 3 GB of RAM memory, 16 GB internal storage, extendable via the microSD card slot, has 13-megapixel rear camera with phase-detection autofocus, LED flash ISOCELL sensor and full HD (1080p) video recording and a 8-megapixel front camera for selfies.
Also, the OnePlus X comes with 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, GPS, AGPS, a 2.525 mAh battery, which should be enough for 2-3 days of usage, and uses Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as the default OS.
What’s interesting about this phone is the fact that it will be available in two variants, the Onyx model and limited the Ceramic edition. The phone will ship in Europe starting with the 5th of November and will cost €270 ($295), while the price for USA is $250 (€230), both prices being for the Onyx version.
Only 10.000 pieces of the OnePlus X Ceramic edition will be released in Europe and India starting with November 24 and will cost about €370 ($405).comments powered by Disqus
