Deluge 1.3.11 released with bug fixes for GTKUI, WebUI and SSL protocol usage

Deluge 1.3.11 which was released late last year, is a full-featured BitTorrent client for Linux, OS X, Unix and Windows. It uses libtorrent in its backend and features multiple user-interfaces including: GTK+, web and console. The latest release comes with a small number of bug fixes for GTKUI, WebUI and SSL protocol usage and for Windows users this release should fix the “parameter is incorrect” and related errors due to compatibility with libtorrent 0.16.
