HandyLinux 1.7 released with Iceweasel as default browser

HandyLinux 1.7 recently released, is a free Linux flavor that is based on Debian GNU/Linux with XFCE, a fast, light and stable desktop environment. HandyLinux 1.7 is designed to facilitate access to computers those who start, children, seniors and those who are looking for simplicity.



HandyLinux features

The big news in this release is the gateway to Iceweasel as default browser, replacing Chromium browser. Iceweasel comes directly from the Mozilla deposits, which allows you to integrate the “version release Iceweasel “currently iceweasel-33. HandyLinux 1.7 also comes with 2.3 HandyMenu who sees the facebook button disappear in favor of a direct link to the free services Framasoft: HandyLinux joins the “campaign Dégooglisons Internet”.
