Install FileZilla 3.8.1/3.9.0 Beta 3 in Ubuntu 14.04

FileZilla Client is an open source, cross-platform graphical FTP (port 21), SFTP (port 22), and FTPS (FTP over SSL/TLS – Port 990) client with lots of features and an intuitive graphical user interface. The client is available under many platforms, binaries for Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and more.
