Spotify recently released an update to its native Linux client version to 0.9.10.x. This comes with a new stunning dark theme which was initially made available only to windows, mac and mobile devices. This release also comes with refreshed typography and rounded iconography.
According to Spotify Official blog
Our new design makes accessing your favourite music smoother than ever before. The new dark theme and refined interface lets the content come forward and ‘pop’, just like in a cinema when you dim the lights
